I’ve been a bit busy, so it’s been a while. First, I was sick. Second, I was busy with all things Christmas, getting presents, wrapping them, making cookies and all that jazz. Third, Christmas came…I was sick, again. I ended up in the hospital on the 26th with swollen/abscessed lymph nodes that required surgery to drain them so that was, uh….fun? But now I am totally back in the swing of things and you should expect to see posts more often! I am totally excited to get back to writing because it’s one of the things I love the most!
In the past weeks, after numerous follow-up doctor appointments and lots of medications and fun stuff, I have finally figured out my word for the year, positivity. Being positive can transform situations and change the way you look at life. So this week I have been doing my best to be positive and think about the good things in life instead of the bad. I really think that this can help with so many “people problems” and I am hoping that by being positive about things, others will see and do the same!
“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable.” Philippians 4:8
