reset & restart {free download}

This whole “new year, new habits, new goals” thing didn’t really work out for me. At the beginning of the year I was still in recovery from my surgery and being sick so most days I played the “sick card” and binge watched Netflix. (I watched 12 episodes in one sitting one of the days and no I am not ashamed) So since I was feeling lazy and still getting back into the routine of things, I couldn’t be focusing on my new year goals. But now that January is coming to an end, February is a new month and my “new year”. Even though I could just as easily restart any other day, even tomorrow; I really think that a new month or new week gives so much more motivation to kick off your new schedule with a bang! Philippians 4-13

They say that it only takes 21 days to form a new habit, so if I can schedule out my whole month and stick to the plan, I’d be happy to say that at the end of the month I have myself a new routine!

I want to do this together and I want to help you form new habits and routines. So to help you and myself, I have made a “Reset & Restart”, goal, habit & routine ‘workbook’. In this booklet, you will find encouragement, hope and you will have the knowledge to be able to plan and set goals better and with more purpose. This booklet is foolproof! — I think…

Here is where you can get a free printable download of the Reset & Restart Mini-Workbook! Enjoy! I’m looking forward to hearing how your scheduling & planning goes as I am still planning out the month of February. Leave a comment and let me know how it goes! 🙂
